The Technical Environmental Study was conducted in accordance with the Environmental Term 29.1 imposed by Joint Ministerial Decision No. 130437\/30.06.2003, as amended, renewed, and currently in force, and follows the technical specifications set out in paragraph 11 of Article 11 of Law 4014\/2011 (Government Gazette 209\/A), pursuant to Contract No. DIADP-00124366 (SAP No. 6300033735) dated 16.02.2024.<\/p>\n

The objective of the study is to formulate management guidelines at the level of measures, actions, and works appropriately adapted to the specific conditions of the area, which will ultimately lead to the improvement of bird habitats and the enhancement of the area.<\/p>\n

The scope of the Technical Environmental Study includes the update and specification, at the level of final design, of works for avifauna protection, the formulation of a five-year monitoring programme for the proposed works, the preparation of a visitor management study (justifying the implementation of recreation, interpretation, environmental education, and promotion projects), and the assessment of the environmental impact of the proposed interventions.<\/p>\n<\/div>
