The Program, among other things, detailed and specified the methodology for continuing monitoring (following the methodology applied in the Special Ecological Assessment) for at least one year pre-construction (before the start of construction works), with continuation during the construction and operation phases, so that the total monitoring period spans four (4) years. Special emphasis was placed on protected bird species (resident, wintering and nocturnal, including night migration) and bats.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\"
