On June 10, 2020, a meeting was held at the headquarters of the Decentralized Administration of Crete, in the presence of the Minister of Environment and Energy Mr. Konstantinos Hatzidakis, Coordinator of the Decentralized Administration of Crete Ms. Maria Kozyraki and the Regional Governor of Crete Mr. Stavros Arnaoutakis regarding the Special Management Plan of Chrissi Island, Ierapetra.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, the Special Management Service of the Region of Crete, the Lassithi Real Estate Service, the Lassithi Ephorate of Antiquities, the University of Crete – Natural History Museum of Crete, the Municipality of Ierapetra, the Legal Entity of Publica Law “Environment” of the Municipality of Ierapetra and the Port Authority of Ierapetra.
Mr. Evangelos Pappas was invited and participated in the meeting as a representative of the group of the study “Special Environmental Studies and Management Plans for the Natura 2000 Sites of the Region of Crete”.
