This project, the implementation of which has been undertaken by the companies “Oikom Ltd. – TETRAGON SA”, concerns the creation of a hall for hosting the permanent exhibition for the personality and the work of Grigoris Lambrakis, additionally being available for hosting events, presentations, screenings and memorial evenings.
The multi-purpose hall, which is designed in the old lumber shop of the family in Kerasitsa, is on the one hand a place of memory and study for the life and work of Grigoris Lambrakis and on the other hand a place of meetings, discussions, exhibitions and exchange of testimonies, material and ideas. At the same time, the creation of a common digital “cultural stock” of local character has taken place, creating a modern digital space for collecting, rescuing, organizing, managing and disseminating information regardless of form or medium, that is of great historical and social value for both current and future generations.
